season's bounty

even though we had an unseasonably cold summer over here in the sf bay area, and despite the mysterious problem with one of the garden beds, we still managed to grow some shiny juicy summer veggies. lemon cucumbers are OUT OF CONTROL this year. we have them coming out of our ears. although the fruits are not as large as they should be, early girls did ok too. the sungolds are delicious as they can be.
